I was watching television the other night, and a commercial from a major bank came on that made me chuckle. One of the largest banks in the country is advertising "green" banking, as if "green" was a new concept altogether. They advertise online banking, e-statements (paperless), online bill pay and other features that help save the environment by going paperless.
Let's see...how many banks and credit unions have these services? Hmmmm....well, ALL OF THEM.
ACFCU has all of these, and then some, including some brand new products on the horizon that go many steps further in growing and continuing the education process of finances with our members.
Here's an idea: How about an advertisement that says "we care", and then actually going that extra step to really care? Think about it--does your bank really, really care? And if they do, how can they explain taking the profits they make from YOU, THE CUSTOMER, and giving them to the stockholders and not YOU, THE CUSTOMER?
